NYU Langone Health neurosurgery faculty, trainees, and researchers will join colleagues from around the world in Washington, D.C., for the 2026 Congress of Neurological Surgeons (CNS) Annual Meeting: Evolution.
A highlight of this year’s program will be a live surgical demonstration led by skull base surgeon Paul A. Gardner, MD, who will perform an endoscopic endonasal resection of a pituitary tumor. The procedure will be livestreamed in the Experience Lounge theater on November 2 from 2:05 to 2:35 PM and is open to all meeting attendees, no preregistration is required.
The demonstration will provide attendees with a unique opportunity to observe a complex skull base procedure in real time and gain insight into the surgical techniques and intraoperative decision-making that guide contemporary pituitary surgery.
NYU Langone will also have a strong academic presence throughout the meeting, with medical students, residents, and faculty contributing more than 40 presentations spanning a range of neurosurgical topics.
