NYU Langone Health experts will join colleagues from around the globe at the American College of Gastroenterology (ACG) 2026 Annual Scientific Meeting.
This year, Aasma Shaukat, MD, MPH, will deliver the Emily Couric Memorial Lecture, an honor awarded to leaders in GI cancer research. The lecture is named for Virginia State Senator Emily Couric, who championed health insurance coverage for colorectal cancer screening. Dr. Shaukat’s presentation, “The Evolving Landscape of Colorectal Cancer Screening in the U.S.,” will take place on Tuesday, October 13.
