On May 3 to 6, researchers and physicians from NYU Langone Health join colleagues from around the world at Digestive Disease Week (DDW) 2025.

At this year’s meeting, Gregory B. Haber, MD, will receive the Rudolf Schindler Award—the highest honor of the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ASGE)—in recognition of his outstanding contributions to endoscopy research, education, and service. Aasma Shaukat, MD, MPH, will also be recognized with ASGE’s Distinguished Endoscopic Research Mentoring Award for her influential support of trainees.

Below are a select few of more than 50 notable sessions featuring our faculty and trainees. For a full list of presentations, visit the DDW website.
